Phalanx Family Services adult division provides employment readiness, vocational training, job placement, crisis prevention, and wrap-around supportive services to populations 24 years and older.  Our goal for adults is to guide them into long-term employment, in high growth industries, with wages that support their families.  Our crisis assistance help avert housing displacement, utility disconnection and provide funds for daily living needs.

Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program

Job placement program for adults without dependents receiving SNAP only.


A six week training program, teaching the fundamentals of phlebotomy.

Job placement program for adults with dependents receiving TANF only.



Subsidized work experience and job placement program for low-to-moderate income individuals.
